RAMZ-1

RAMZ offers a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty against all manufacturing defects for our walking canes. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase, and does not include normal wear and tear, such as the handle or foot. Please note that the handle, foot and shaft may wear with regular use over time. The warranty does not cover problems due to user negligence or misuse of the product.

If your RAMZ product is proven to contain a defect in material or workmanship within the first 90 days that the product is used, RAMZ will replace the product at no charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs for returning products are not covered under this warranty, and will be incurred by the original purchaser.

PRODUCT SAFETY

RAMZ walking canes are meant for casual and novelty purposes, and are not sold for medical use. Our walking sticks may not be suitable for everyone. Although RAMZ canes can be used to assist with balance, they are not meant to be used for supporting a person’s weight. Furthermore, do not use your RAMZ walking stick to open doors, hang purses, or as a tool to lift yourself out of your chair or for any other reason. Improper use of RAMZ canes could result in damage or injury.
